The challenge

Developing a common understanding and mindset for leadership in the organization as well as introducing suitable leadership tools to all leaders. Paying attention to the structure of the organization, a special set-up for the leadership program, partly F2F and partly virtual had to be created to fit the needs.

Our approach

• 3 module leadership program: Leading myself, leading teams & leading organisations
• An innovative set-up of delivering the modules based on the specific needs of two target groups.
• Top Management Team: Face to Face, focussing on creating shared experiences and deep exchange
• Middle Management: Fully virtual, intensive half-day workshops combined with selfpaced learning loops using digital workbooks & virtual check-points for reflection

The results

• Common understanding and mindset about leadership created around the concepts of accountability and psychological safety
• A shared leadership toolbox with over 25 concrete tools introduced and anchored for the future via digital workbooks available to all leaders
• Strong connections build within the members of the top management team due to intensive exchange in the program
• Further development topics for the organization identified and reflected with the sponsors of the program
