Günter Kradischnig

Even as a young consultant, Günter Kradischnig recognized that, not just in projects but in any form of organization or company, optimum results can be achieved if people are given the necessary leeway to take initiative themselves. Since making this discovery, Günter Kradischnig has been concerned with the question of how organizations can be pushed in this direction. Initially he dealt with this in private companies before moving on to specialize primarily in public sector bodies. He considers administrative development within public organizations to be the holy grail of consulting given the complexity involved. He is an economist by trade with an in-depth specialist knowledge of accounting. In addition to his work as a consultant, he has been applying this expertise for many years as a university lecturer, speaker and expert. But Günter Kradischnig’s greatest fascination lies in finding the right balance between process management and specialist consultancy in demanding consultancy projects – i.e. adapting the integrated consulting approach to the respective situation. As managing partner, he spent many years further developing ICG as a national consultancy firm but above all as an international firm.
