Hanna has worked mainly in different project, development and leadership roles related to the HSE field in the process and energy industries for almost 20 years. Her core competence is analyzing the current situation while recognizing opportunities for growth and strengths and finding tailored and practical solutions together with the client. In addition to professional competence, Hanna has a Masters of Science in Economics and Business Administration of Leadership and Organization with a minor in industrial engineering and management and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Safety, Security and Risk Management, which on their part bring depth to her knowledge in safety management.​ Hanna is positive, extremely solution oriented and a practical change maker, who sees and finds more opportunities than threats. She is coaching, inclusive, executive, organized and goal oriented in her work. Hanna is a team player and the people who she gets to work with are important to her. She believes that everything is solvable and possible together.​
