His pragmatic development approach works with management teams, supervisors, experts and production teams alike. When developing something, Jari strongly believes in co-creation. With the help of a wide range of work tools and coaching skills, Jari also handles difficult co-operation situations. As a passionate developer, Jari has focused over the past few years on ways in which new types of agile organizations work and how they are managed. E.g. in this context, his doctoral dissertation focused on shared leadership as a team management approach.
