Inspired by Carl Friedrich von Weizsäcker's motto "Research is the simple pleasure of finding something you didn't know before", Marc André Günther gained valuable insights into empirical research during his academic career. As a certified sports psychologist, he understands that a key to success is the willingness to embrace change and strive for improvement. He fosters this willingness in his clients by applying his extensive methodological knowledge in both qualitative and quantitative research. It's important for Marc to demonstrate the need for change and innovation through empirical data analysis. Marc engages clients and teams in workshops and coaching sessions with his expertise, solution-focused attitude, and engaging sense of humor. In addition to his project work, Marc teaches and lectures at various universities, including Campus 02 University of Applied Sciences, Karl-Franzens University Graz, and Graz University of Technology.
