Marit’s expertise is in the field of strategy, organisational design, governance and change management. This concerns both organizations in the private and public sector. She mostly works on board and management level. She is able to quickly grasp almost any situation and connect the dots in order to translate them into design and development principles as a fundament for change. In addition, she has a good sense of existing relationships and she does not hesitate to address sensitive topics when relevant. Her style is characterized as bold, holistic and with a touch of humor. This makes heavy topics light and accessible. After studying Business Administration with a focus on International Management & Strategy at the Radboud University Nijmegen, she has been working for the financial sector and within the health care industry. She is now always looking for ways to find the best development path for organizations in order to improve, taking both internal/external developments, the current state of the organisation and desired outcome(s) into account.
