Michael Faschingbauer

How can you be decisive and effective when no one knows where you are going? Michael Faschingbauer's search for answers led him from the automotive industry, where he worked in product and program management, to consulting. He is interested in the challenges of the unknown, where predictions and planning do not work. In consulting, he finds this challenge in areas such as change and organizational development, as well as intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship. With his concept of effectuation, he has brought an approach from global research to the world of consulting that not only explains entrepreneurial thinking, but makes it teachable. As the author of an award-winning book on the subject, he is often invited to give keynote speeches or workshops. After a technical education (HTL), he gained field and management experience in Austria and the USA. Michael Faschingbauer holds an MBA with a major in Entrepreneurship and has completed training in organizational development and systemic work approaches.
