Mihai believes that knowledge can change people and companies and is convinced that each client is unique and deserves a unique approach. His promise to clients: To put all his knowledge and all of his experience to their benefit, in an ethical way. In his more than 20 years of working experience in Romania, he supported large and medium sized organizations, in innovation, change and strategy projects. Mihai listened to hundreds of clients, seen hundreds of solutions implemented and still, his biggest achievement is that clients remember him as a trustful person. Mihai is aware that he is not a consultant with magical powers, but rather a capable partner clients can rely on during a difficult journey. He worked voluntarily as the President of the Romanian Association of Management Consultants, AMCOR for 7 years and is currently represents Romania within the global association of management consultants, ICMCI.
