Important success factors are to eliminate resistance related to such transformations and get employees to support them. A combination of a change approach with proper Lean Six Sigma methodology implementation are the key tasks of his consulting work. Milan also provides training sessions for Lean Six Sigma and Change Management. Milan studied at the University of Economics in Prague and then continued his MBA studies at Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business – DePaul University in Chicago.
