She has played a key role in mapping core processes in NN Insurance and further, has managed to combine her lean abilities with innovation methods, acting as a transformation expert. She has assisted companies in process improvement and re-design, as well as roll-out of Design Thinking programs, delivered through Agile way of working. She has a project management background with Prince2 Practitioner certification and is certified as an Innovation Coach by the Board of Innovation and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (the highest recognized international certification in Lean Six Sigma) by Holland Innovative.
