As a child, Tímea never wanted to be an economist, yet here she is, and the reason is simple: She found out that organization development suits her curiosity for understanding how systems work and her passion for exploring human nature just perfectly. After completing the dual degree program of Middle-sex University London and the University of Pécs, she studied leadership and management at Corvinus University of Budapest. As a consultant, she enjoys working together with clients on developing a cul-ture based on trust and openness, which enables people to work in teams efficiently. Driven by the ex-periences with a buzzing international community, Tímea welcomes diversity and is always happy to work with people from all around the globe. Each project is a new adventure, and while her main focus is supporting organizations and teams in projects related to collaboration, leadership development and organizational culture, from time to time Tímea also participates in Lean process development projects.
