He was experiencing high levels of stress, extreme pressures and a total lack of personal time to think about decisive topics in his working and private life. All of these circumstances resulted in negative physical and mental health reactions occurring monthly. During a participatory session and then a private session, he made the decision to stop driving his car to work and take public transport instead. He explained to the other participants that this way he gained 1.5 hours of ‘free time’ each day, which he could use to think about pivotal topics. According to him, his blood pressure dropped to normal and both his mental and physical conditions improved significantly.
